Withdrawal from the contract
Within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment, it is possible to withdraw from the contract and return the products without giving any reason. For this purpose, you should:

Upon receiving the returned products, we will refund the money to the bank account. In case of a necessity to refund financial resources for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller makes the refund to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the Ordering Party. We refund the cost of the products and the cost of their delivery (according to the cheapest available option). The returning party bears the direct cost of returning the Product (i.e. the cost of sending back the returned products to us).
Note! The packaging of the returned cosmetics must be intact and the product itself may not be used - in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended).
Shipment damage during transport
If it is possible, it is good to check the shipment in the presence of the courier. In case of visible damage or defect, please write a complaint report and send it to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org (a courier has the report). In case of a damaged package ordered to the Paczkomaty® package lockers, leave the package in the locker (select "I have comments to the package" option on the screen and follow the instructions) or go to the nearest InPost point to draw up a damage report. Please inform us immediately of this situation that has arisen. Only then can we lodge complaints with the supplier and assert our rights.
